With 10 years of maritime industry experience—including tugboats, research vessels, container ships, cruise lines, and educational ships—I’ve lived the unique highs and lows of life at sea. Maritime life is powerful, but it comes with real mental health challenges. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to supporting seafarer wellbeing and mental health.

Raised in a maritime family and trained as a therapist, I combine lived experience with evidence-based approaches. For the past five years, I’ve coached mariners around the world, helping them navigate mental health stressors and build lives of resilience, meaning, and balance.
